Zèta took on the mission of designing a sneaker with as little of an environmental impact as possible. All of their trainers are made from recycled, recyclable, and vegan trainers materials while being as transparent as possible. They vowed to not use non-renewable resources in their products and give new life to waste products of other industries, such as the fruit industry by using alternative sustainable materials made from wastes of grapes and corn as well as using recycled plastics to keep them out of landfills and oceans. Zèta offers traceability and transparency at each stage of operations from choice of materials to mode of transportation so that customers can better understand the environmental impact of their purchase. All manufacturing and sourcing take place within Europe, France, Italy, and Portugal, reducing transportation carbon emissions. The brand also has a recycling program for all sneakers at the end of their lifecycle, where you can send back your used sneakers to Zèta, and they will recycle them for you and receive a 20 euro purchase credit.
